While vinyl is eco friendly, I wanted to make my Fortune Cookie Coin Purses with real, high-grade leather . I decided to recycle remnant leather. But finding the leather was a big adventure and took months of finding pieces here and there. I feel like the cookies have different personalities, because each piece of leather has it’s own story.
I want purse owners to be able to follow the history of their cookie. Each purse is branded with a custom number using the trusty laser cutter. You can look up your purse’s number on our website to see where your leather originated from.

I just revisited the link to this amazingly awesome coin purse stored for a while – come back in stock! – and realized that it’s Diana Eng, which is funny because I just – like yesterday just – finished watching season 2 of PR yesterday. I got in late – season 6 – and have been catching up on dvd.
